As the founder of Coaching with Becky Ray, she specializes in helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals gain confidence and clarity in their marketing. Her expertise spans social media strategy, branding, content creation, email campaigns, and video marketing—practical tools she uses to empower clients to grow their businesses with intention and impact.
With a background in management, real estate, and digital marketing, Becky has a unique ability to simplify complex strategies into clear, actionable steps. Her coaching goes beyond marketing tactics—she helps clients break through fear, build a growth mindset, and take consistent action so they can reach the audience they’re called to serve.
When she’s not guiding clients through marketing breakthroughs, Becky is often teaching workshops, leading her real estate team, or creating resources designed to make business growth both strategic and fun. Kameron Fontenot is a Christian, Realtor, entrepreneur, and mom of two, known for her heart-led approach to life and business. With a strong foundation in faith and a “friend to all” mindset, Kameron is passionate about making people feel seen, heard, and supported, no matter where they are in their journey.
In real estate, she specializes in helping everyday people become confident homeowners and investors, with a special focus on first-time buyers and distressed sellers. She breaks things down in a way that’s easy to understand and always puts relationships over transactions.
As a marketing director for Coaching with Becky Ray, Kameron also empowers small business owners and real estate professionals to build strong, authentic brands through impactful content and strategy.

Kayla Woodling, founder of ClickShe, brings a background in accounting and several years of experience in the real estate industry. She offers strong organization, time management, and attention to detail, along with excellent communication skills developed through years in customer service.
She resides in Alvin, Texas with her husband and three young boys. The family enjoys camping trips, beach days, and spending time outdoors. Working from home allows her to balance raising her sons with supporting her clients.
Kayla works with passionate, driven clients who are heavy on goals but short on time. Through ClickShe, she helps them reclaim their time so they can focus on what matters most.
